Staff members manage the queue - they add visitors, call next, skip, and complete visitors. Service Providers are assigned to specific visitors and complete services. Admins have both Staff and Provider permissions.

Queue Management

Visitors can join in two ways: (1) Staff can manually add them to the queue, or (2) Visitors can scan your QR code and join themselves by entering their name and phone number. You control which method is enabled in your business settings.

After joining, visitors receive a unique visitor code. They can enter this code on the status page to see their position in line, estimated wait time, and real-time updates. They can also scan your QR code and select "Check My Status".

Staff can skip the visitor using the "Skip" action. The skipped visitor moves to a separate list and can be re-added to the queue later if they return.

When calling the next visitor, staff can assign them to a specific service provider. If you have multiple providers, a selection modal appears. If you have one provider, it auto-assigns. If no providers exist, the staff member completes the service themselves.
